Carl Koella is the President of Provision CARES Proton Therapy Knoxville. Mr. Koella also serves as the Mayor of Rockford, Tennessee. Prior to joining Provision in 2019, Mr. Koella served as Vice President for Rockford Manufacturing Company with a focus on banking, insurance, product pricing, large customer relations, and government commodity program audits. From 2004-2005, Mr. Koella served as Senior Vice President of Clayton Bank and Trust. He also served as the Insurance Marketing Manager for Clayton Homes from 1991-2004.
Mr. Koella currently serves as the City of Rockford Planning Commissioner, Rockford City Council Member, Blount County Animal Center Advisory Board, and the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center Board. He has served on numerous Boards including the Provision Cares Proton Therapy Board of Directors. Mr. Koella received a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University.
