Mary Lou DuBois serves as the President of Provision Health Services, LLC, and holds the position of Senior Vice President at Provision Healthcare, LLC. She is a founder and board member of Provision Health Partners, LLC (PHP) and ProNova Solutions, LLC. Mary Lou spearheads the creation of cutting-edge cancer treatment centers, aimed at offering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for cancer patients.

During her tenure with Provision, Ms. DuBois played a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and launch of two proton therapy centers, steering them from inception to full operational capacity while surpassing set milestones. Additionally, she led the development of a third proton center, characterized by a streamlined footprint to reduce construction and development costs and improved patient workflow. Notably, Mary Lou initiated the “Culture of Care” program, a hallmark of Provision, which prioritizes individualized and compassionate patient experiences.

Ms. DuBois, during her presidency at PHP, orchestrated the strategic planning, construction, and management of two medical office complexes within Provision Health Alliance in Knoxville, Tennessee. These facilities encompassed a wide array of clinical outpatient services, including advanced diagnostic imaging, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, women’s health services, eye surgery, wellness programs, physical therapy, and research capabilities. Additionally, PHP provided comprehensive management services spanning Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Accounting, Billing, and Facilities Management.

Prior to her role at Provision Health Services, Ms. DuBois spent two decades at CTI Molecular Imaging, Inc. (CTI), where she held various positions of increasing responsibility. As an Officer and Vice President, Customer Solutions, she oversaw customer sales support and product management, coordinating the introduction and marketing of new technology products. Mary Lou also directed national sales meetings and represented CTI at industry-leading events such as the Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Nuclear Medicine.

Furthermore, Ms. DuBois led an IT development team at CTI, formulating an internet-based customer solutions strategy and managing the Customer Training Center for PET providers. In her role as Senior Director, Corporate Solutions, she provided leadership in implementing information technology initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders, including network infrastructure, telecommunications, and support services. Her tenure at CTI encompassed diverse roles in Human Resources, Facilities, and Administrative Services.

Mary Lou earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Tennessee Wesleyan College.
