Benjamin DeVore serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Development Officer at Provision Healthcare where he also serves on the Provision Healthcare Senior Leadership Team. Mr. DeVore is a senior healthcare executive with extensive experience in oncology service line development, operations, and strategic growth. Prior to returning to Provision, he served as SVP of Oncology Service Line and President/CAO of Thompson Cancer at Covenant Health where Mr. DeVore led system-wide oncology strategy across a nine-hospital network, overseeing more than 5,000 new cancer cases annually. In this role, he implemented a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan, strengthened leadership and physician alignment, and drove significant financial and operational improvements, including record performance and enhanced patient experience.

He previously spent nearly a decade with Provision Healthcare Companies in progressive leadership roles, including Vice President of Patient CARES Services and President roles in biomedical research and diagnostic imaging. Across these positions, he led multidisciplinary teams, advanced clinical research initiatives, improved financial performance, and built robust analytics and operational infrastructures to support growth and decision-making.

Mr. DeVore began his career in business development and analytics, with a strong foundation in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning within the healthcare technology and oncology sectors.

Mr. DeVore holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
